Our Story

Olive Branch Assisted Living is a 178 beds Residential Facility, located in Northridge California. It is spread out on a 25 acre of land sequestered on a private road 1000 ft. away from Balboa Boulevard which conveniently lies adjacent to grocery store, movie theaters, financial establishments and restaurants. We are great-hearted to offer our residents a serene environment and a reposeful setting surrounded by lush greenery and 50 matured trees for them to indulge in enjoyable recollection of past events. At Olive Branch Assisted Living you will take pleasure the many amenities that progress from commonly known facility to now called home, came to fortuitous from the love that our family have to render earnest care for the elderly.

We have long envisioned to dedicate a residential care facility in memory of our mother who devoted herself to perpetually guide us and nurtured us into adolescence. The affinity we have to care and the recognition that the blessings we received comes with responsibilities are values instilled in us by our mother who was raised with strong Christian belief. From the book of Genesis, story about Noah’s Ark, ” After the deluge of rain that lasted 40 days & 40 nights, Noah sent out a dove to check if the water has abated, the dove returned to him in the evening with a freshly plucked Olive leaf in its beak “, along to continue and impart the values, The Olive Branch is imprinted.

For one to grasp the significance of direction and purpose of our work is to be acquainted with the people behind The Olive Branch Assisted Living. We understand that it is a daunting task to find an ideal place exactly fitting the needs of your love ones. To capture happiness and attain comfort is not only in a place with lavish edifice but what lies in the heart of people who provides them quality care and preserving one.

As a family unit, we immensely offer a cozy environment and utmost care rendered satisfactorily. Being away from one’s comfort zone is downright dreary, but we are determined to make a difference in people’s life. We strongly feel, that a change is needed to take the entrenched practices away from the instituitional approach used by many assisted living, inspiring us to pave way in exercising influence which focuses more on family oriented and warm environment, where residents can feel at home. The long journey our mother travelled after receiving a wrenching news of opening of the war, searching for a dwelling place to safely shelter us and provide us a warm home, encouraged us in owning and reforming The Olive Branch Assisted Living. As we dedicate this place to our mother, we want to be known as your own home that exudes in friendly and warmth environment. Let each residents be respected and in turn proud of being a part of us.
