At Olive Branch we love sharing activities and fun with residents. One part of staying healthy is staying engaged and having an active social life. At the heart of any nursing or assisted living home is the activity program it has for residents. It is an integral part of the cultural change movement and central to person-centered care. It is essential for resident quality of life. That’s why Olive Branch activities typically provide numerous ways for residents to take part in community activities. We also make sure to change the atmosphere and type of activity each day. Many times we take our residents out on group tours and outings. But sometimes some of our favorite activities occur on-site in our newly renovated activities room.
